Provide accurate, timely administrative support to the Service Coordinator and/or Service Manager.

Learn and understand the COINS TI System.

Process daily Additional Work Reports.

Generate small quotes/proposals accordingly (Under 25K).

Communicate with internal and external individuals needed to gather information for work being quoted.

Communicate with vendors to gather costs for services needed to complete proposals.

Update COINS TI Additional Work Report Tab with Quote Number

Communicate with Unitary Service Coordinator and Unitary Service Manager approved quotes.

Interact with departments within Mesa as needed in relation to assigned tasks.

Amend, adjust, and change scopes, bid temps, presentation documents, etc, as required or requested.

Maintain constant communication with the Service Coordinator and/or person being supported.

Interacting with fellow team members and other departments (i.e. Operations, chiller teams, project management, etc.) in a professional manner

Demonstrate a personal commitment to personal and professional growth.

Other duties as directed by the Service Manager

Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

Strong proficiency with MS Office; Word and Excel; and Adobe Acrobat

3 + years’ experience in an administrative support role.

Effective communication skills and ability to work well with a team.

Detail-oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving.

Excellent organizational skills

Self Motivated

Ability to manage time and prioritize.

Dependable

Ability to work under pressure.
