The Solutions Project Manager leads projects, that are customer facing, to meet the project’s objectives and stakeholders’ expectations, and to create customer value. In this position you will be the lead across multiple projects to ensure standards are followed to allocate resources and accurately forecast revenue.Your role:

Driving the adoption of the SOLiD project methodology across the Digital Computational Pathology (DCP) North American team.

Ensure that all deliverables have been met including, but not limited to, systems installation and integration, clinical and technical consulting, training and education and customer success deliverables

Monitoring the customer success criteria and project budget during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and customer impact

Leading resource planning and coordination across multiple DCP projects with other DCP Project Managers

Leading the revenue forecasting across multiple DCP projects with other DCP Project Managers

Leading the planning of order fulfillment and delivery across multiple DCP projects working with other Project Managers, Supply Chain and Logistics leaders.

Managing all project deliverables and resources for your own projects.

You're the right fit if:

Minimum 5 years of project management or related work experience, healthcare industry or customer service preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Ability to collect, analyze, manage, and present data and information to all levels within the company and at customer sites.

The applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role). PMI certification obtainment is required within a specific time of an employee’s start date in the CPM/CDM role. This time period is defined by the role/level and will be documented in the employment offer.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Job Summary The Project Manager I position manages and leads the coordination of activities of an internal team and vendor partners to provide complete support to the client for all project requests.
