A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking to bring on a

SQL Database Developer to be based in

Phoenix, AZ. Position is on a 3 month contract to hire basis. Please note the client does not provide sponsorship. This would be a 100% onsite position while on contract. After the conversion, the resource will have. the flexibility to work remote. W2 Only.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Advanced knowledge and experience using SSIS and SSRS SQL technologies
Experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) programs, Data Modeler Tools, Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar tool
Experience working within a SDLC and Project Methodology framework
Experience designing relational database for use in n-tier applications
Advanced knowledge and understanding of database design and performance analysis techniques
Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
Technical writing skills producing clear and precise deliverables
Ability to organize complex requirements into accurate database solutions for business and functional specifications
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
Ability to perform tasks well with minimal supervision
Ability to quickly and effectively analyze problems and implement solutions
Must work well in a collaborative team environment
Thorough understanding of IT processes and working within guidelines
Thorough working knowledge of the application development life cycle
MS Office Suite, MS Visio, SSMS, and familiar with any database


Secondary Duties Description
Goal 1: Maintain and update statistic and time standard reports
Goal 2: Fine tune financial related SQL procedures or queries for AJACS
Goal 3: Create and Fine tune existing and new AJACS SSRS Reports
Goal 4: Create and help with database work for end of life applications


Experience : Windows 10 20H2, C#, Xml, MS SQL Studio 2012 and above, ETL Tools, Iterative/Agile/Waterfall, .Net Framework 4.7.2,Remedy, Visual Studio 2019, TFS
