Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our client's thriving law firm in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves managing all aspects of personal injury cases that proceed to litigation, drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, handling discovery processes, representing clients at various court proceedings, and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of personal injury cases that proceed to litigation, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. Draft, file, and respond to pleadings and motions, adhering to all relevant legal requirements and deadlines. Proficiently handle the discovery process, including drafting discovery requests, responses, and conducting depositions. Prepare for and represent clients at court hearings, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings, settlement conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Utilize substantial negotiation experience to reach favorable settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate. Maintain a deep understanding of Arizona court rules and procedures, exceptional legal skills, and the ability to handle all litigation aspects of personal injury cases. Exhibit exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in legal documents and case management. Display excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, independent work environment. Show strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies with a strategic mindset. Plan, execute, and adapt to changing circumstances in complex personal injury cases.Requirements Must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Minimum 7 years of experience in the legal field, specifically as an Attorney or Lawyer Proven experience in Personal Injury Plaintiffs and Civil Litigation Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of successful outcomes Ability to handle large caseloads and juggle multiple priorities Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction High ethical standards and professional integrity Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
