Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural leader who can hold staff accountable while maintaining our positive culture.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant service
Uphold EVO’s steps of service and ethos with consistency
Support staff through coaching, accountability, and leadership
Assist with scheduling, training, and floor management
Work closely with the General Manager on operational and financial goals
Contribute to bar and kitchen operations as needed (bar inventory knowledge preferred, not required)
Requirements:
Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Previous restaurant management experience preferred
