The Stetson Social in North Peoria is hiring line cooks to prepare for the busy season. We are a independently owned and operated gastropub with a scratch menu. We are looking to hire experienced cooks and chefs to join our team. We are looking for PM shifts during the week, and have all shifts available for the weekend.
Duties include:
- setting up your station pre-shift
- preparing prep items according to our recipes during down time
- cooking food to order
- stocking your station at the end of your shift
- breaking down and cleaning the kitchen at the end of the shift
If you are a professional in the kitchen, this is the position for you. Must have at least 1 year of cooking in a high volume and scratch kitchen.
