Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Manage and coordinate offsite catering events, including food truck operations.
- Demonstrate leadership in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Implement effective purchasing and inventory control procedures.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume kitchen setting.
- Proficient in purchasing, inventory control, and kitchen management.
