What you’ll do:
Ensure an exceptional guest experience with all things edible
Lead a team of line cooks and support staff to achieve culinary excellence
Be a dynamic leader, creative problem solver and energetic team player
Think proactively, act, delegate and follow through holding yourself and your team accountable
Act like an owner and make decisions like the restaurant is your own
Think big but don't forget about the little details that make the big difference
Run towards the problem and help solve issues and concerns
Support and drive a positive and productive work environment
Provide both day to day and big picture leadership, this includes things like scheduling, ordering, planning and organization for all, always be moving
Recruit, train and retain top talent in the kitchen
Keep a clean and organized kitchen and hold others to the same high standards

Equally comfortable with the business side of the kitchen as working on the line
Compensation:
$55k - $60k based on experience
Performance pay program based on key financial metrics
Employer pays 50% of Medical coverage with option for Dental & Vision coverage
