Minimum 2 years experience in sports bar fare and one year experience in sports bar management.

Solid work history, organized and self sufficient. Absentee owner, owner lives in California so we need someone that can run the show. KM cooks for 35 hours a week and spends 10 hours a week off line and works on improving and maintaining kitchen standards. Pay starts at 38,000 a year with potential bonus of 10% .
