The Beer Research Institute, Mesa’s original Brew Pub is hiring for the position of Kitchen Manager. Brew Pubs are an amazing outlet for creative culinary professionals who seek challenge and can capitalize on an ever-rotating line up of craft beer!

As a brewery and restaurant, our focus is on scratch food that pairs with the delicious craft beer that we produce. Candidates for this opportunity need to have the following qualifications:

Passion for scratch made food.

Experience leading a small team of line cooks.

Ability and passion to constantly develop innovative weekly specials.

Ability and passion to develop and lead monthly food and beer pairings.

Ability to hire, train, develop and retain high caliber support staff.

Ability to manage, predict and order sufficient inventory.

Ability to schedule employees with the service of the guest and the company’s profitability in mind.

Ability to manage consistent food cost and labor cost of the kitchen operation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual preferred

Compensation package is negotiable and determined by experience.
