Job Title: Behavioral Health Professional (Masters Level)

Life-N-Love Wellness is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Professional to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. If you are passionate about providing quality mental health care, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Sign off on clinical notes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Create, review, and sign off on comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients, using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment strategies.
- Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and continuing education programs.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active Arizona licensure as an LISAC (Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor), LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
- Experience with treatment planning and clinical documentation.
- Strong clinical skills with experience working in behavioral health settings.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
