DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serve as primary “face” of the office: answer phones, schedule and welcome patients

· Responsible for patient EMR software, insurance verification, financial consultations with patients, and filing requisite paperwork

· Insurance follow-up

· Doctor credentialing, interact with attorney offices, process referrals

· Marketing and promotions for the practice

· Training new staff

· Order supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

· You have a “can do” approach to everything - You are equal parts human and machine. You identify things that need to be done, and don’t wait for direction to tackle them. Follow-through is imperative for all tasks, small and large. You’re a people pleaser, and don’t shy away from challenges or pitching in for the greater good.

· You are 100% dependable, 100% of the time - When you say you are going to do something, it’s done. When you say you are going to be somewhere, you’re there on-time or early. No exceptions.

· Outstanding communication skills - You are the force that keeps the practice running professionally, efficiently and effectively. You think on your feet, speak up at the right times, listen at the right times, and know how to appropriately escalate situations when needed. You have the maturity to have difficult conversations, the backbone to say “yes” as often as possible, and “no” when warranted. You’re known for your light-hearted professionalism and avoid gossip/drama at all costs.

· You love working with people - Be the “face” of the office that everyone looks forward to seeing each visit, with endless patience and poise, and able to be personable with a wide range of characters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute: (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
