We are looking for one to two live-in caregivers to provide daily assistance to an elderly female. She is confined to a wheelchair and needs assistance with toileting, dressing, bathing, and meal prep. Private 1:1 care.
Position is near the Scottsdale Airpark in North Scottsdale. Looking for 1-2 female caregivers to split the week and cover roughly 3.5 days per week each (7AM to 9PM, with rotating evenings on call).
Nearly all expenses are covered with this position, with a monthly stipend and substantially reduced rent.
Compensation package consisting of:
- $3,200.00/month in pay as W2 employee
- Living expenses credit worth about $3k/month consisting of:
- Private 500 sq ft fully furnished casita apartment (North Scottsdale) with private entrance, kitchen, and washer/dryer
in unit at substantially reduced rate of $500/month (studio rents in the area go for $1500-$2000/month).
- All utilities included/paid (electric, water/sewer/trash, internet, streaming TV)
- Majority of food, personal supplies, and household/cleaning supplies provided
- Provided cell phone
- Onsite 5x8 storage space provided
- PTO and sick time
Living expenses credit based on caregiver living in on-site provided housing.
Job Requirements. Applicants must have prior caregiver experience, a valid driver’s license, be able to pass background check and drug test, be legally authorized to work.
