We are looking for a live-in-caregiver to provide daily assistance to my mom who is in her mid-70s. She needs assistance with all ADLs - meal prep, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers (to/from wheelchair, bed, and toilet). She has significant weakness on one side from a prior stroke. Caregiver must be physically capable of safely transferring an approx. 120 lb woman w/ gait belt. Position is to assist her throughout the day, provide companionship, and transport/accompany her to/from appointments as needed (physical therapy, nails, hair, family events, etc). Private 1:1 care. FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY due to the personal/sensitive nature of the position (assistance with bathing/toileting).
$2,500/month in pay and living expenses covered. Position is in central Scottsdale. Looking for a caregiver to split the week with a second caregiver and cover 3.5 days per week each (7AM to 7PM, evenings on call). Pay/Benefits:

- $2,500.00/month in pay as W2 employee

private 700 sq ft fully furnished casita apartment (Central Scottsdale) with private entrance, kitchen, and washer/dryer in unit
(private casita is being constructed, estimated completion Spring 2025, prepared to provide tiny home with kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, dishwasher until construction is complete – see attached photos)
all utilities included/paid (electric, water/sewer/trash, internet, streaming TV)
supplied groceries/household supplies (large on-site area stocked with a variety of items)
provided smart cell phone
Job Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have ability to pass background check and screen for illegal drugs

- Must have prior caregiver experience

- Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
