Hi, I am a man with quadriplegia living near old town Scottsdale. I live an active lifestyle, and am looking for positive-minded individuals with experience in one or more of the following:
Certified Caregiver,
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA),
LPN or RN
Nanny,
Medical Assisting (MA),
Massage (LMT),
Childcare, or
Therapeutic Recreation (TR)
to help me with the following schedules:
WEEKEND MORNINGS: USUALLY 6:00 AM TO APPROX 11:00 AM
EVENINGS: 2-3 EVENINGS PER WEEK, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, FOR 2-4 HOURS BETWEEN APPROXIMATELY 4:30 PM AND APPROXIMATELY 9:30 PM
Extra hours may be made available, by mutual agreement (see web site, below).
The best way to describe these positions is that you will be helping me do everything that anyone does in a normal dayyou are my arms and legs. This includes everything from getting up, driving, cooking, getting dressed, going to the store, laundry, working out, and going to bed.
The evening job is very much like a personal assistant, mostly non-medical in nature. The morning job is a CNA or higher level position.
I pay anywhere from $20 per hour through $30 per hour, depending upon certification, experience, shifts & am/pm; duties, and longevity with the job.
