Family-owned high end Scottsdale dental practice searching for a top notch Office Manager. We are a fun team and not a corporate office. Looking for 4 days a week Monday thru Thursday. Looking for someone that wants to bring their expertise to grow an already successful office to the next level.
Ideal candidates:
Must have 10 years experience in dental front office.
Expert at working with dental insurance PPOs and financing options, and electronic billing.
Excellent customer service and warm personality. Majority of patients are cash pay and expect great service.
Positive and self-motivated person who is team player and wants to earn into a performance based incentive
Able to manage other team members and facilities and problem solve.
Will be well supported by an active manager that handles marketing and more complicated HR and other issues.
