Job title: Transportation Tech Assistant (TTA)
Qualifications & Preferences Regarding Education & Experience: In order to perform the service functions for a Transportation & Tech Assistant (TTA) and to meet the requirements set forth in the TTA job description, applicants for the TTA position must: 1.) Be of the age 21 years or older 2.) have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) 3.) be able to pass all background checks; 4.) be able to provide three (3) verifiable non-family references including 1 previous employer 5.) certification in CPR & 1st Aid, Article 9, Prevention and Support, Basics of Medication Administration, and a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card 6.) have a valid driver license and be able to a 39 month Motor Vehicle Record check.
Working Conditions: While working as a TTA, employees may be exposed to the following conditions: 1) unconventional schedule— Resident facilities operate around the clock, TTAs may work long hours or be on call regularly. 2) possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens; 3) possible exposure to profanity, physically violent, and/or offensive behavior from upset members.
The Transportation & Tech Assistant (TTA) is responsible for all aspects and logistics concerning morning and afternoon transportation for all members of Brendel & Associates, LLC Residential Homes.
As the health & safety of our members is of the uttermost importance, the TTA is responsible to assume the duty of obeying all motor vehicle laws, maintaining the vehicle properly at all times and, otherwise, following all policies and procedures for transportation.
When not transporting our members, the TTA will be responsible for assisting our Residential managers with ensuring that; all vehicles are safe, clean, and readily available at all times, all vehicles have adequate supply of 1st aid and emergency items at all times and that all vehicles have adequate supply of gas at all times.
Additionally, while not transporting the TTA will be responsible for assisting our Residential managers with grocery shopping, general maintenance, and filling in for shifts to provide direct when needed.
QUALIFICATION BULLET POINTS:

Clearance Check
Valid AZ driver license
Clean 39-month MVR
