We’re hiring a smart, motivated, detail-oriented team member to join Jala, a yoga inspired apparel brand based in Phoenix, AZ.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting day-to-day operations across multiple departments. It's ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organized, and being part of a creative, mission-driven brand.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with the hand-dyeing process of our signature tie-dye collections (training provided)
-Support order packing, shipping, and fulfillment
-Work in the warehouse to receive and stock inventory
-Help with restocking, folding, and preparing garments for sale
-Keep the showroom tidy and assist customers when needed
-Work closely with the founders to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
-Smart, reliable, and eager to learn
-Prior experience in shipping, fulfillment, or retail is a plus
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-Quick, efficient, and organized
-Enjoys being active and working with their hands
-Comfortable using computers and basic tech tools
-Positive energy and a team mindset

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10AM to 4PM
