Church Facilities Technician/Custodian
FOLHOW is seeking a dedicated and hardworking facilities technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility maintenance and custodial duties. Responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the church buildings and grounds, performing minor repairs, setting up for events, and assisting with general upkeep. The candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices is highly desirable.
Experience in residential painting or commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A commitment to safety standards and practices in all aspects of work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
