On the Level Enterprises located in Glendale AZ is seeking to build two professional service teams. We specialize in manufactured home services working directly with the manufacturer. We service new home sets to insure proper functionality on a mechanical, electrical, plumbing and aesthetic level as well as service the home through the warranty period.
Although most of our work is in the greater Phoenix area we do travel to Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and California . All applicants must be willing to travel.
We are looking for self starters with a desire to advance, an honest and reliable person.
We understand that manufactured homes are somewhat different than conventional construction and that there is a learning curve, tech support in the field will always be available.
Lead Technician Position:
Minimum of 2-5 years in residential construction, reliable transportation, own truck and tools. Experience in light carpentry and painting. Experience in light plumbing and electrical a plus.
80-100 k yearly
Entry level position:
1 year experience in residential construction, will train the right candidate.
40-60k yearly
