Job description and duties :
This position is for general exterior maintenance on a 5 acres ranch. Part time to begin, mornings from 7am to noon (Mon-Fri) but could become full time depending on your skills as a handyman. The ranch is located 10 mins from New River and Anthem.
Keep the grounds and the exterior of the property clean, light landscaping, some handyman work, wash the fleet of cars on the property, etc
Requirements and experience :
Attention to details
Experience in maintenance work is a plus (handyman work)
Strong ability to follow directives
To be reliable and to show up everyday
To be polite and well mannered
To be hardworking
To have reliable transportation
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on your handyman skills and experience
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 7am to 12pm (non)
Morning shift
