I need a "Jack of all trades" type handyman. You don't have to be super qualified but need to have a good overall background or ability in the handyman area to include, some plumbing, light electrical, basic carpentry. Someone with a "can do" attitude that can figure out the solution to a problem and fix it. Someone who is not afraid to get in there and get it done and can work alone with a minimal of assistance. You will not be working with a sidekick. We are a mobile home community that sees about every kind of thing that may need work. Duties also include grass cutting, trimming, bush and tree trimming and generally keeping the park clean. Pool and spa as well.
You need to have a clean criminal record, drug free, and a clean driving record.
