We currently have two schedules available:
Sun-Thur, 6am to 2:30pm
Wed-Sat, 2pm to 12:30am
Key Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Maintenance Tech II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Performing routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Conducting inspections to identify potential problems and implementing solutions
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of all equipment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Have flexibility to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.
