Part Time: $16-18.49/hour + Sick Time

What You’ll Do:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on resort facilities.
Handle minor repairs in rental units and common areas.
Keep the resort clean and inviting, including trash pickup and cleaning amenities.
Inspect and maintain recreational areas like pools and playgrounds.
Conduct lawn care, including weeding, planting, and trimming.
Assist with setups for arriving guests and ensure timely departures.
Report any maintenance issues to the Resort Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED.
6 months of maintenance experience, preferably in a campground or RV resort.
General knowledge of plumbing and grounds maintenance.
Proficient with hand tools and power equipment.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills (email and internet).
Availability for on-call response during non-business hours.
