Job: Residential Cleaner
Now Hiring: Experienced, Detail-Oriented Cleaners. Excelsia Cleaning is growing! We’re looking for exceptional cleaners who take pride in creating beautiful, spotless homes. This employee position offers part-time hours initially, with a transition into a full-time role (not 1099). You have 2+ years of professional cleaning experience in residential homes or luxury properties.
You understand the difference between “good” cleaning and immaculate detailing.
You have an eye for order, organization, and presentation.
You’re punctual, positive, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
Job Responsibilities
Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing floors, vacuuming, windows, etc.
Ability to work independently, efficiently with minimal supervision or as part of a small team
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members.

Job Requirements:
Leadership experience preferred or the ability to manage a small team
Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results
Excellent time management and organization skills
Good communication skills
Ability to climb and descend multiple levels of stairs
Ability to carry weight up to 25 lbs.
Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes
Must be an American citizen or demonstrate authorization to work in the United States
