Restaurant cleaning near McClintock and Broadway Tempe.
Cleaning floors and two bathrooms. Takes about an hour and 15 minutes. Pays $35 flat rate each cleaning. We are able to clean between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. must be finished by 8:00 a.m.
This would be Weds, Thurs, Sat, and Sun mornings.
On Friday mornings I have a Scottsdale restaurant customer that we clean. It's near Indian School Road an Scottsdale Road.
This could be clean between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. it takes an hour and a half and pays $50 flat rate.
These pay more than most janitorial companies so don't email me and start talking about this then say it's not enough money. You're not going to get more money these are the flat rates.
If you want to catch my attention make sure to put your name and number and tell something about yourself the people who just email and say is this available they usually go to the back of the line and don't get answered.
