Full Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the screen printing process, have excellent attention to detail, and a keen eye for accuracy. The screen technician plays a crucial role in the maintenance of the screens, one of the most important steps in the production of high-quality printed materials.
Skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Reliable transportation and punctuality to meet production deadlines.
Consistent focus on quality control and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
Dependable, with strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Basic math skills and adaptability to take on various tasks as needed.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Full Time, shift hours: 6am-2:30pm Monday thru Friday
