We are looking for technicians to work for a reputable pool company. At the moment we're signing up several new accounts a month and that number has only been going up and up. We need people with all types of different backgrounds and experiences to become an asset to our team.
This is a full-time and W2 position. We provide all tools, uniform, brand new trucks and benefits. Full-time instant support from staff and management.
The pay varies depending on experience, but it can range between $18- 20/ hour for someone with no experience to $25/ hour for experienced and fast technicians.
We offer competitive pay plus bonuses for new customer sign ups, reviews (no limit) or for referring an new employee to work with us. We also pay overtime at a 1.5x rate when you work over 8 hours.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in the heat
Ability to pay attention to details
Clean driving record with longer than 6 years of history
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check
