We are looking for talented and EXPERIENCED technicians who want to grow with a progressive and reputable pool company. At the moment we're signing up several new accounts a month and that number has only been going up and up. We need people with all types of different backgrounds and experiences to become an asset to our team.
This is a W2 position. We provide all tools, uniform, brand new trucks and benefits. Full-time instant support from staff and management. Any protective gear that you could need while working. We also primarily deal with high-end pools and high- end customers. So almost all of the pool equipment will be brand new and practically self maintaining. If you have experience, we want to hire you.
The pay varies depending on experience, but it can range between $18/ hour for someone with little experience to $25/ hour for experienced and fast technicians.
We offer competitive pay depending on your level of knowledge plus bonuses for new customer sign ups, reviews (no limit) or for referring an new employee to work with us. We also pay overtime at a 1.5x rate when you work over 8 hours.
