Are you proactive, business-minded, and ready to build trust with clients while keeping projects on track? We are growing, and we’d love for you to grow with us!
Who You Are
You have demonstrated experience in corporate law, contract drafting/negotiation, mergers & acquisition, entity structuring, and employment law.

You are skilled in managing your time and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
You have strong organizational skills, allowing you to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
You are highly detail-oriented—so much so that you’ve read this entire description! Please include the phrase “Start Seeing Clearly” in your subject line so we know you’ve read this carefully.
You are also able to zoom out and connect the dots to broader strategy.
You operate with high integrity and sound judgment, especially in sensitive or high-impact situations.
You are proactive, growth-minded, and able to anticipate needs, take ownership, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
You have a collaborative approach—ready to oversee paralegals and, over time, mentor other attorneys.
