Lento Law Group is actively seeking a Managing Attorney to lead our Phoenix, Arizona office. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role at a growing national law firm with an established presence in Arizona.
✅ Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona
At least 5 years of legal experience, preferably including litigation and supervisory experience
Ability to manage attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff
Strong background in case strategy, legal compliance, and client relations
Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
⚖️ Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Phoenix office
Supervise legal staff and manage caseload assignments
Ensure adherence to firm protocols and Arizona legal standards
Represent the firm in select high-level matters and client interactions
Work closely with firm leadership to support expansion and excellence in service
