Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ for a Legal Administrative Assistant. The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide support to lawyers and paralegal by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including organizing and managing legal documentation, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling phone calls and emails. The Legal Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for reviewing and proofreading legal documents, electronic filings, vendor payments, taking client payments and general office organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar role
Excellent knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Associate degree or higher, or equivalent experience in a legal setting
Billing and billing software experience a plus.
