The Care Agency is seeking a dynamic Community Outreach & Recruitment Specialist to help grow our network of providers and DDD members while representing our agency with integrity, advocacy, and compassion. WE CARE DEEPLY ABOUT OUR MEMBERS, and seeking an individual who can join our cause.
The Community Outreach & Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in expanding The Care Agency’s reach and impact. This individual will actively recruit qualified providers, caregivers working with families to fulfil their care requirements. as well as promote new DDD members, foster partnerships within the disability community, and coordinate advocacy and community engagement activities that promote inclusion and awareness. ADVANCED SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities
Recruit new providers for Attendant Care, Habilitation, and Respite services. ability to place ads, and handle inquiries.
Grow active members/families eligible for DDD services with the Agency
Represent The Agency at community events, disability fairs, support groups, and advocacy meetings
Create new programs when needs are identified.
Build partnerships with local schools, therapy centers, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations.
Coordinate and participate in fundraising events and community awareness initiatives.
Promote The Care Agency’s values of compassion, inclusion, and excellence in all public interactions.
Qualifications
Strong communication, networking, and social media skills required
PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE, you represent our agency.
Experience in recruiting, marketing, or community outreach (preferred in healthcare or disability services. You are selling our agency to new members.
Knowledge of Arizona’s DDD system and HCBS services strongly preferred, but can train a strong candidate
Self-motivated with strong organizational and goal-setting abilities.
Must have strong skillset in social media. Marketing, influence, and branding. 80% of your leads will come from social media.
Must create videos, flyers, and be able to influence a very targeted market.
Compensation & Benefits
THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION, one day in the office ( Tuesdays) and remainder, set your own schedule, within the requirements of the job.
Competitive pay (DOE) with potential performance bonuses. Salary of 48,000 to 56,000 annually
