Position Overview:
The Customer Account Specialist works with our clients as a go to contact point for our initial onboarding process, continued account support needs, lite marketing optimization and client updates. You will have inbound and outbound calls/meetings and communications to facilitate these needs and achieve the objectives.
Responsibilities will be:
- Answering calls and updating clients on progress
- Sending marketing reports to customers
- Customer inquiry intake (basically, when a client asks for us to do something, add it to our project management system and get the details)
- Light web work (Updating pages, uploading content, making small graphic changes, etc.)
- Experience with Google AdWords & SEO is a HUGE plus
- Manage social media posts for clients, newsletters, SMS blasts etc
- Training customers how to use our CRM system, etc.
Only looking for USA based help, preferably based in the Phoenix Arizona area that can also interface with our clients via phone, text, email and Zoom. Light training provided, but due to our immediate need, we really need someone that can step in right away and help us grow and become a new team member for us.
