Step up your CNC skills by coming to work in a clean shop, machining to tight tolerances, on fine parts in a friendly work environment, on nice, newer equipment. Minimum 5 yrs. recent or current CNC milling experiance is REQUIRED. This is NOT a beginner / trainee opportunity.

Flathers Precision, Inc. specializes in tight tolerance CNC machining (mostly milling) of small, finely machined components for the microelectronics industry. Small parts, small tools, small tolerances. If you are looking for a very challenging position and opportunity to fine tune your CNC machining skills this would be a great opportunity for you. We practice +-.0005 to +-.0030 tolerances all day, every day. It's just what we do here. Don't let the tight tolerances scare you away. We can teach you these fine skills.
We have 2-3 CNC milling positions available. No other positions are currently available.
We are approaching a large growth spurt and need more fine machinists to assist in and be a part of that growth. We are a well established shop (since 1989) and have an excellent track record of quality CNC machining.
We offer a brotherly / family work environment where you will feel appreciated and the quality and production is compensated for in many ways. We have assembled a good team of individuals that work quite well together. The only animosity you might find here is the animosity you bring. Leave that at your old shop please.
We work four 10 hr days starting at 5:30 AM till 4:00 pm, leaving Fridays to yourself. Or for overtime when needed.
