Exactitude, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist/Programmer for our Air-Conditioned Mesa facility:
Responsible for daily programming, set-up and operation of CNC milling machines
Full-time or Part-time
Day shift or Swing-shift
Primary job responsibilities:
Program with Mastercam from print and or solid model to finished piece part: set-up machines and instruct operators to run production.
Perform 3, 4 & 5 axis set-ups to achieve first article inspection on Matsuura and Fadal machining centers.
Candidate must have:
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Ability to pass pre-employment skill-proficiency test
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening test
Position requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Able to read blueprints, instruction sheets and CNC programs
Experience in working with various materials (stainless steels, aluminums, plastics, steels, etc.)
Experience with SolidWorks is a plus but not required
