Inspired LED, LLC is a locally owned lighting design and manufacturing company in Tempe, AZ, and we’re looking for detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our production team as Manufacturing Assemblers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be assembling, soldering, and customizing LED lighting systems used in homes and businesses across the country.
If you have a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy detailed, repetitive tasks, you’ll be a great fit! No prior experience? No problem. We’ll train the right candidates who are eager to learn.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll work with a variety of LED products and be trained to:
Perform repetitive bench assembly tasks with accuracy and speed
Solder and strip wires for LED lighting systems
Assemble and customize products to meet customer specifications
Program remotes and receivers for low-voltage systems
Test and quality-check LED products for performance and safety
Inspect and verify components, wires, and parts before assembly
Assist with packaging, shipping prep, and occasional warehouse tasks
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on assembly work
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Great time management, able to meet deadlines and maintain productivity
Soldering or warehouse experience a plus (but not required—we’ll train!)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is helpful, but not required
