We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. We are hiring for 1st shifts:
Monday through Friday
1st shift: 5:50am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 11:50am-8:30pm
Duties
- Operate various types of power tools and hand tools.
- Assemble components and products according to specifications on the assembly line.
- Fabricate parts as needed for production processes, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools effectively and safely.
- Familiarity with manufacturing facility operations and assembly line processes.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving collective goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
