Qualifications
Provide exceptional customer service
Knowledge in automotive services preferred but not required
Communicate effectively and professionally with technicians, clients, warranty companies, fleet management companies, and vendors
Create and manage estimates and invoices in computer system
Keep customer informed on status of repairs
Source and order parts required for repairs
Schedule appointments, vehicle drop offs and pickups when needed
Work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a neat, professional appearance
