Part-Time Assistant Position
Pay: $20/hour
Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week (flexible schedule, potential to increase based on productivity)
Location: Remote or In-person (as applicable)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant to support our team with scheduling, phone calls, and data management. This position involves a mix of administrative tasks and initial client communication while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage appointments, including phone-based scheduling.
Make initial contact calls to clients and add new contacts to the database.
Maintain and update records accurately in databases and spreadsheets.
Ensure compliance with privacy and HIPAA standards in all tasks.
Perform basic data entry and input information into Microsoft Excel or Office.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with scheduling and making phone calls professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in administrative support, data entry, or similar roles is a plus.
