As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance. Your main duties will involve troubleshooting generator-related issues, providing solutions, and guiding customers on product usage and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat about technical concerns with power generators.
Diagnose and resolve generator problems remotely, offering clear guidance to customers.
Collaborate closely with our technical team to address complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions.
Provide feedback to our product development team based on recurring issues or customer suggestions for improvements.
Requirements:
Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages, both verbal and written
Work Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm.
