Small commercial contractor and manufacturing group is seeking a talented, high-energy, multi-tasking, dependable individual to handle all project accounting and office management related responsibilities at our growing construction and manufacturing company. Position reports directly to Owner.
Must Have’s:
Extensive knowledge/experience with QuickBooks Desktop
Three (3) plus years construction project accounting experience.
Project database and tracking experience.
Problem solver that enjoys finding solutions for challenges.
Very detail oriented with passion for getting things right the first time.
Superior time management skills
Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
Enjoys wearing multiple hats working as individual and team player.
Works well in a small business environment
Other standard activities:
Project Billing – Monthly by due date, AIA, Textura a plus
Weekly Payroll - Intuit
Job Costing
Project Liens
Working with insurance groups & audits
Reviewing contracts
All A/R / AP tracking & reporting
Reporting and working with CPA
Transaction Privilege Tax Reporting
Order and shipping tracking
Marketing activities, brochure set up, website and social media updates
Notary a plus.
