About Us:
We are an online retailer operating from our office and distribution center, providing high-quality products (Sexual Wellness Products) and exceptional service to customers across the globe. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Online Order Processing Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
Provide excellent customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving product or delivery concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product functionality questions and suggest the best options for their needs.
Resolve issues such as broken or missing shipments courteously and efficiently, following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Order Processing Duties:
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner using Ship-Station software.
Ensure all orders placed before noon are prepared for same-day shipment (USPS pickup at 2 PM).
Create batches of orders throughout the day and manage inventory processes.
Assist in warehouse pick/pack/ship operations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in customer service (email- and phone-based preferred).
Previous order fulfillment or warehouse experience is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory and order processing software (Solid Commerce or Ship-Station experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable with the type of sexual wellness products that we communicate with customers.
Proficient in typing and comfortable navigating software.
Flexible schedule, with the ability to work select Saturdays and Sundays when needed.

Additional Requirements:
Availability for on-site work at our office/distribution center daily.
Initial training schedule: 7 AM - 3 PM. Post-training schedule: 6 AM - 2 PM.
