$15.00/hour with a review in 3 months
FULL TIME:
M-F 9-3PM (sometimes a little later, always AFTER FedEx, USPS, etc. have picked up all packages for the day)

DESCRIPTION:
Our award-winning, global organic health and beauty company has an assistant manager opening if you’re happy, bright, articulate, team oriented, and personable. Control the front desk, deliver an amazing first-impression, and make each visitor and caller feel special and supported. Our family business is headquartered in Phoenix AZ, off 1-17 and Peoria Avenue, yet we service over 40 countries online and by phone. We are Essanté Organics and we help the world go green, one household at a time. We provide organic beauty and supplement products. We are looking for someone who is coachable and makes health and fitness a priority. Our staff is ready to welcome you and share our collective let’s-all-pitch-in way of doing business. We work together, support each other, and have fun doing whatever it takes to maintain and grow our awesome customer base and sales field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet every customer professionally with a smile
Answer every phone call with an upbeat attitude
Provide caring, high-quality customer support
Take orders and process payments
Share our specials and events with each caller
Call back voice mails 1st thing each morning
Enter data into computer
Light cleaning between professional cleanings (empty trash, clean front door, etc.)
Open and close our office
Be willing to stay to help the last customer
Assist with shipping
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Receptionist, front desk, manager / management skills
Professional, multitasker who is enthusiastic about organic living
Punctual team player who enjoys interfacing with the public
Top notch communicator who excels at developing relationships with our customers and sales team
Business-casual (no shorts, no flip flops, no tank tops, no cut offs, no ball caps)
Enthusiastic learner who applies what they learn to grow the company
Bilingual is a plus (we service over 40 countries)
Sales experience is a plus
Reliably and excitedly provide event support 1 weekend every year
Computer literate, typing skills are a plus
Warehouse skills a plus (moving inventory, facing products on shelves, etc.)
We will train you how to do all of the above
