Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / General Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, including invoicing, data entry, answering phones, and placing orders. Key Responsibilities:
Perform invoicing and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

Support the management team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
