Receptionist/Office Assistant

Our ESOP Company is growing and is looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Office Assistant to handle front desk duties as well as general office tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent communications and multitasking skills with a positive attitude as this position is in our front office.

Responsibilities and Duties

Greet clients upon arrival and direct them with the appropriate personnel.

Answer incoming telephone calls, answer questions, determine purpose of call and forward screened calls to appropriate person in a timely manner.

Provide customer service to inquiring consumers via email and phone.

Ability to create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam.

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, deliveries and filing.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team when needed.

Maintain kitchen supplies, copy room and office supplies and other duties as assigned.

Complete all panel schedules for the field, done with Excel spreadsheets.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma required, college or equivalent experience recommended.

2+ years’ experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.

Microsoft Office, Word and Excel required.

Bluebeam, Spectrum and other office products recommended.

Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner.

Must be able to pass Federal/State/City Background check
