Office Manager - Turbo Auto Sales

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? Turbo Auto sales is seeking an Office Manager with previous dealership experience to join our dynamic team. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance department operations. Some duties include but are not limited to assisting the controller as needed, process payroll, AP/AR and answering dealership phones as needed. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

- Must have auto-dealership experience.

- Knowledge of document management, billing and customer service.

- Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office, Excel).

- Proactive, responsible and punctual attitude.

- Teamwork and good communication skills.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Duties

- Telephone and in-person customer service.

- Agenda management and appointment coordination.

- Support in billing and payment control.

- Reception and organization of documents.

- Support in general administrative tasks.

Schedule

Monday thru Friday

9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Weekends as needed

(Bilingual a plus but not required.)
