DISPATCHER/OFFICE ASSISTANT

We are a family owned plumbing company with a lot of potential for growth! We are looking to find someone who can help us to continue to grow. The position is for a dispatcher/office assistant, you will be taking in-coming calls and dispatching. When you aren't taking calls you will help assist with some office tasks. Ideal Qualifications:

Knowledgeable or proficient in QuickBooks, Bookkeeping, Microsoft Office, Outlook (Word, Excel, Google Docs) is a plus.

Ability to work accurately under pressure.

A very organized and professional individual, with an understanding of confidentiality.

High School degree minimum.

Must have authority to work in the United States.

A possible background check and drug testing may be requested.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer phones and serve as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring clear communication regarding service status, scheduling, and follow-up

- Enter and dispatch service jobs

- Implement established job flow processes and procedures

- Collaborate with Service Manager to coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of jobs to technicians

- Assist Service Manager by monitoring job progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

- Ensure all required data is present and accurate upon job completion by technicians

- Resolve any service-related issues, complaints, or delays in a professional and timely manner.

- Provide administrative support to the service team, including managing email correspondence, updating schedules, and maintaining service records and documentation

- Foster our tech-centric culture

- Other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth job-flow process
