Front Desk Receptionist

Manufacturing company is hiring a front desk / receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and Directing Visitors: Providing a welcoming and professional first impression for the company.

Answering and Routing Phone Calls: Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel.

Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments.

Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence.

Maintaining Office Supplies: Ensuring adequate stock of office supplies and ordering replacements as needed.

Providing General Administrative Support: Assisting with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as required.

Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

Essential Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication is essential for interacting with visitors, callers, and colleagues.

Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
