Position: Front Office Administrator
Location: Avondale, AZ
Salary: $500 weekly

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Support sales representatives and coordination efforts
Work with insurance companies
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an office or administrative role
Strong computer skills with use of scanner and use of apps
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adjuster license a plus or insurance claims experience
Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus but not required
